MOM HAS BEEN WORKING OUT. TODAY CHAD IS HER COACH!
CHAD WAS TEACHING SELF DEFENSE MOVES AND TOOK SECONDS TO PUT COLE ON THE GROUND. I NEED TO LEARN THAT MOVE.

Hey! You must have had a great photog for these pics! It was fun watching the boys...and I mean Chad too! I think that Mom can still take Chad, look at those muscles!! OORAH!
